Simplified suppressor acquisition
ATF and the US Attorney General posted press release on October 9, 2026, stating there is no longer a requirement to get ATF/FBI approval, nor submit a Form 4 for a Tax Stamp, in order to purchase a Suppressor, Short Barrel Rifle, Short Barrel Shotgun and certain "any other weapons". The dealer, us, simply does a quick background check and records the transfer. No transfer fee, no fingerprints or photograph fee's when you purchase through us. For out of state transfers we still charge $35 transfer fee. $20 for returning customers.
"Don't Tread Firearms and Suppressors provides top-tier products and outstanding service. Their knowledge of suppressors and the application process made my purchase incredibly easy. Highly recommend for any firearm needs!"
